"Break Up", A Failure to Make Bonding in Human Life

Image
We learn how to make friends, how to share and how to cope with bullies when we are young. Through this way some bonding namely friendship, relationship, relatives got build up. At some point this bonding becomes the only enemy to us. As a result we become crazy and quit the way and name it smartly " break up ". Let's consider the bonding as a bridge , both partners performing as supports to this bridge. When we begin to construct the foundation of this Bridge we never thought about it's demolition, only because of to prove we are the best supports to hold the bridge.  After competition of that Bridge we used to enjoy the bonding up to a certain time. Whenever we fulfilled our self expectations, that bridge of bonding become meaningless to us. At some point these expectations also meet their limits, which is the beginning of cracking of that bond. After some moments the load to support the bridge, becomes very high for partners. Then we choose the way which pa

Mind your Language! The reaction of A-E-I-O-U (Vowels)

“Mind your language…!”

Did u hear at least once? Right? I heard it several times. The sentence itself is an insult to someone. This shows “someone is telling you to stop your mouth, because he didn’t expect the words came out from your mouth”.

We can express our thoughts & feelings through communication. “Speaking” has important role towards communication. We are so lucky, we can speak to others. Other species are unable to get that facility. In the way of communication, what we talk it matters to others. Before we start talking we always think about that, but in some situation we are unable to follow the process. At the same we may receive or deliver some sentences which does not make sense.

We know there are five vowels in English language. Vowels enable us to speak the language easily. These provide sound shape to a word & make it meaningful. In the same way, there are five emotion elements, which can improve our effective communication. Their pretext starts with the vowel like,

A = Anger,

E=Ego,

I=Ignorance,

O= Over thinking &

U= Under estimation.

# Anger

Anger makes a resistance to communicate smoothly. You may get upset by a heated argument or a bad day has you on the edge with everyone around you. Anger can cause you to lash out & say things you don’t mean. It can affect the way your brain processes information given to you.

# Ego

Where ego exists there can’t happen an effective communication. Both the parties intend their attention “I’m bigger than You”. There is a saying – “Where ego slaves you, you can’t make a pure connection”. If you deduct ego from the communication process, then the conversation can be performed smoothly.

# Ignorance

For a systematic work process there are different levels in a profession, as per qualification & eligibility standards. During the communication between boss & employees, sometimes boss ignores their employees in respect of –‘what they think’, ‘what they mind’, ‘what they expect’ etc. May be, the person who gets ignored is capable to solve the problem. In this way they got discouraged to be creative. That is how ignorance affects. If we remove ignorance, an effective communication may take place.

# Over thinking

Some incidents make more impact on our lives. Due to that, some people starts to imagine more, actually they extend the situation towards future. If it has a negative reflection, then good communication does not take place. Once people start overthinking, he don’t listen to other person, he drives communication with other person towards his prediction. So we shouldn’t allow our mind to do overthinking.

# Under Estimation

We all have our different types of goals & destinations. Many people fail when their communication performs one-directionally. They always under estimate the idea of others. Often under estimation can create a non-sense situation. Every person is creative, they have their own value, and they can provide valuable ideas to get out from the problem.
